Highly Recommend! The location is unbeatable, everything is within walking distance, so there's no need for a rental car if you stay here. Stunning hotel with so much Italian character, it felt like a destination of our holiday in itself. Beautiful room. Super convenient app with keyless entry into room and access to any doors. Really helpful locker storage system for bags on day of checkout that were totally free, lockers were in a room with sofas and a bathroom. 100% would recommend this hotel, walkable to nearly everywhere and so much transport options too.

This "hotel" is more like an airbnb. Housekeeping doesn't visit unless you request services and front desk staff isn't always available. But during our stay, Julia, was very helpful getting us oriented & answering questions. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette which was large & comfortable with a balcony. One of the nice hotel features is a laundry room with soap provided. Although the washer is small, we made use of it during our stay. The location is walking distance to the Duomo, restaurants, shopping areas.

The property is was perfect for our purposes. If you are looking for a luxury stay with attentive service this is probably not for you but a great deal, rooms were lovely. You get a code before check in, similar to Airbnb, to access the property. It was great for our first trip to milan

Close to Duomo and Galleria Emmanuel. Lots of restaurants around. Large room. Clean. Towels were available as self serve with towel closet. Laundry available. Self check in and instructions for gaining access to our room was efficient and clear. Not as quiet on our stay because of construction. Wifi signal not available in some spots in the room. Air conditioner was on the weak side but adequate for our stay. You have to be careful when showering or the water will leak and wet the floor.
