Stayed here three nights recently and was fairly pleased with my experience. Hotel was quiet, room was very clean, and the location was good (about five minutes from the metro, and roughly same distance from a tram stop). Room was small by American standards, but wholly in line with what can be expected in European hotels. It was very easy to check in, even with my fairly limited Italian language skills. I loved breakfast - the breakfast room overlooks the square the hotel is on, and I enjoyed looking at all the various buildings as I ate. There was also a very good variety of breakfast foods, from fruit to various baked goods (although I advise avoidance of the corn flakes, as they became off-puttingly slimy immediately when I added milk). The breakfast is self-serve, although there is a waitstaff that will take drink orders - first morning, the gentleman who waited on us was extremely prompt, and took our order the moment we sat down, but on subsequent mornings we were unable to get hot drinks until we were nearly done eating. Our room was comfortable. Sheets were a touch on the rough side, but the mattress was good. There was a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, although we didn't use it at all. There was a small table by the window with a pair of chairs. The room was very stuffy when we got in, but opening the window remedied that pretty quickly. The shower was huge and had three different showerheads, sort of - one large one mounted in the ceiling, a smaller handheld one (which had colored lights in it that changed color depending on heat of the water), and then one that was like a waterfall. These were controlled with a single knob, and you could have one going full blast at a time or two going at half-measure. If the door to the shower isn't shut snugly, though, be prepared for half the bathroom floor to be flooded. The location is convenient, although the surrounding neighborhood itself is residential without much to do. There are restaurants within walking distance (depending on your mobility), and a great gelato place down the street (Rembrandt Gelateria), but for sightseeing, you will have to take the metro or tram in. Places such as the Duomo and Sforza Castle are roughly 15-20 minutes by the metro. Wifi worked just fine. Hotel provides left luggage services - we didn't pick up our luggage until nearly five o'clock the day we departed and had no trouble at all. I would absolutely stay here again if in Milan, and I was even a little bit disappointed to leave the hotel behind when I returned home.

The Hotel was in a great location near public transpiration. It was also a small walk to shops and a downtown restaurant area. The staff was very welcoming in letting us know where to go and where not to go. The parking was free which was a huge plus. The wifi kept going in and out but we only used it for a little bit so no big complain there.

I was in Milan on the way to Como and spent 2 days here. I loved the hotel and the staff. One of the best values, I found during my trip. The location is on a quiet street and readily accessible with public transportation. I highly recommend to everyone who are budget conscious.

For a 1 1/2 day trip to Milan we booked an overnight stay at the Ruben Antares Hotel. I expected decent, but was pleasantly surprised at the excellence we experienced. First off, we found the staff ranging from very helpful to EXTREMELY gracious. The accommodations were nothing short of stunningly beautiful, and lushly comfortable (even for a 4 star hotel). I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Next time we come to Milan, we will unquestionably be staying there.

Celan, good locación, good breakfast, fríe doy staff.

We were greeted once we entered. The staff spoke English and Spanish which was a plus. They were very friendly in providing us information on where to go eat and where to stay away from. The room was a good size but keep in mind its Europe. If you want a supper large room then you need to stay at a 5 star hotel. breakfast was good but the eggs had a little too much salt. IF you want Wi-Fi it will cost you but its better then the cafe internet. Overall I was pleased with the stay.

This hotel has own parking that very important in Milan.

perfect for business good location for restaurants and shopping

I stayed at the hotel as it was convenient to walk to the San Siro for a football match. It was a 15 minute walk, the stadium easy to find. The hotel is rather shabby and pokey and in need of renovation. It offered very basic accommodation a very small room small bed and tiny bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating
