Only negative was the security system to get into the apartment which was a little complicated and we were not sent the correct code prior to arrival even after I asked for it, luckily the email help line was able to send it to us within 15 mins of contact with clear instructions. There was also a doorman who was very helpful. The flat was clean, comfortable and large, good beds, dishwasher was a bonus. The shower head needed replacing but overall, a very good option and the location to get around was excellent, near trams, metro.
