Torrenueva Park 308 Sea views, pool, wifi and parking:
This is a really great holiday apartment. Located in the popular Torrenueva Park , this complex has a large communal pool, barbecue area, water feature in the large garden, is walking distance to El Bombo beach and has lovely sea views. The community has gated access so is secure, as well as having a reading area and is surrounded by restaurants, tennis court and other amenities.

The apartment is on the first floor, and as you walk in you have an open plan kitchen on your left. Straight ahead there is a dining room/ living area which then open to a lovely terrace where you canwatch sunrise with breakfast or enjoy an evening with your favourite drink.

On the right you will find bedroom 2 with fold-away bunk beds and bedroom 1 with double bed. There are two shower rooms in between both bedrooms.

The apartment has air conditioning throughout and has been carefully prepared for simple but comfortable style. There is wi fi throughout and as it is a Smart TV there are Apps such as Netflix and YouTube.

The kitchen is prepared for a self-catering stay and offers:

- dishwasher

-washing machine

- toaster

- kettle

- coffee maker

Torrenueva Park is set in beautiful surrounding, including an garden and water fall. There is a built-in barbecue that you

can reserve on site. With is a large swimming pool with shallow end set in well established garden, there is always

shade to be found or you can set out a towel on the grass and soak up the sun. There is a reading corner/ book

exchange available too.



The complex has free parking all around and is walking distance to the shops, beach and bus route M-220 for Marbella

or Fuengirola. From the bus stop it is an 8 minute walk.

32 km from Malaga Airport.

We have an excellent taxi team who will collect you and bring you straight to the apartment (please ask for details),

there are very good bus connections too.

In the area there are small shops and restaurants, Tennis Club open all year round. La Cala de Mijas is a 15 minute

walk and to the boardwalk/ Playa el Bombo 5 minutes.

Bed linen and towels are included.
