It is located in a beautiful residential area close to everything. The property has very well maintained gardens and a communal (swimming pool from 1.15m to 2.10m height). The beach, restaurants, supermarkets… All amenities are within walking distance. And for sports enthusiasts, you will have access to the tennis court for free!
