Ideally positioned, the area is only 20 minutes from Málaga International Airport and close to the popular Miramar Shopping Centre & Cinema Complex. It also boasts three professional golf courses, the Hipódromo Horse Racing Course, and is just a short drive from the iconic fishing village and market town of La Cala de Mijas.

Originally developed by the Danish in the 1980s, Cerros del Aguila has since evolved into a thriving international community, home to Scandinavian, British, Dutch, French, and Spanish residents. Within the urbanisation, guests can enjoy two local bars, a restaurant, and a well-stocked supermarket offering freshly baked bread. The community area features a large swimming pool, tennis courts, and beautifully maintained gardens, creating a welcoming space for both residents and visitors.

The bunk bed is designed for both adults and children, as specified by the manufacturer. However, the upper bed is not recommended for children under 6 years old in accordance with European safety regulations. The maximum weight limit is 90 kg for the upper bed and 180 kg for the lower bed. The bed complies with European safety standards and features child-safe lacquers. For groups of 8, a pull-out auxiliary bed (90 kg limit) is provided, which can be used at floor level or raised.
