Located in an exclusive gated community overlooking the Mediterranean, this beautiful first-floor apartment (with a lift) comfortably sleeps 5 guests. With a spacious terrace and direct access to a sandy beach (from the private residential pool) this is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. The stylishly furnished terrace enjoys uninterrupted views over the sea and is equipped with sunbeds and a chill-out area making it the perfect place to relax at any time of the day or dine with loved ones. The apartment has access to two communal swimming pools for adults and one for children.

The open-plan living area is furnished with a set of sofas, a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV, this area flows into a dining area equipped with a table for 6. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, fridge freezer and small breakfast bar.

Amazing outdoor space with fabulous views! The balcony is shaded until late afternoon and the sunsets are amazing to view. Some great beach bars / restaurants close by and an Uber to Marbella cost about 25euros. We hired a car but didn’t really need one. Beds are comfortable, showers are good, everywhere on site was lovely and clean. A couple of points to note - if hiring a car, you’ll need to get into the property first to get the fob for the electronic gate to the under ground car park. A supermarket (Lidl) is about 5/10 min walk away. The property would benefit from some bins in the bathrooms and additional wine glasses. Also worth taking dishwasher tablets. There was a hairdryer which I hadn’t realised. Plenty of sunbeds, it was quiet, immediate access to the boardwalk and beach. Take your trainers, the runners along the promenade will inspire you to go for a run ! A lovely relaxing holiday.
