Superb apartment in almost new condition on the fourth and last floor (elevator) of a small building with views of the Miraflores golf course.

New dishes and kitchen utensils.
About 100m 2 including:
1 bedroom with double bed and double bathroom, bath, bidet, wc. Cot on request.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower and wc

Spacious terrace (about 30m2) facing south, sun from morning to evening, with table and chairs, parasol, 2 sun loungers, plancha. All rooms open onto the terrace.

Magnificent, quiet and well equipped penthouse.

Very well equipped penthouse with great terrace in quiet neighborhood. Kitchen however is small.

Beautiful Apartment in a Fabulous location

Wonderful 2 week stay, Well decorated with modern Ikea furniture. Its a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Large balcony which is sun drenched all day. Aircon, TV, Broadband, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, even a toaster, kettle and iron, you've got everything you could ever need. its like home. Nice quiet location too and underground parking if you rent a car (advisable). Rented 4 other apartments in this location over the last decade, and this is the best one by far. The kitchen is compact, big enough to prepare a meal, but its a 1 person kitchen, which is fine whilst you're on holiday. The apartment is 5 min drive from A7(N340) with shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Golf course (and driving range) is walking distance. Good communication with the owner Daniel. Don't hesitate, Book this apartment now, you'll love it.

Nous y avons séjourné 10 nuits et nous avons adoré cet appartement. L'ndroit était parfait pour nous. Les photos sont absolument représentatives de l'endroit. Tout était extrêmement propre, oui c'est vrai que la cuisine est un peu petite mais pour nous ce ne fût pas un problème... Bien situé et extrêmement tranquille comme endroit. The penthouse property was lovely and clean with all kitchen utilities you would expect, lovely balcony with good views, the apartment was very spacious although kitchen was on the small side but still quite adequate, overall very good and will probably be returning in the near future

Très bon séjour

Accueil charmant par Muriel une française qui tient un restaurant à 500M. Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, 2chambres, 2 sdb. Mais literie 140, nous aurions préféré un lit de 160...Super télé avec chaînes françaises. Très grande terrasse au dernier étage de l'immeuble, bien que l'immeuble d'en face soit un peu près. Un bon séjour, merci à Daniel et à Muriel.

Schoene saubere Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben.

Vielen Dank, dass wir eine wunderschoene Zeit in euer schoenen Wohnung verbringen durften. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war in einen Top Zustand. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super, wir kamen erst um 23:30 Uhr an und wurden sehr liebe voll von der Haushälterin empfangen zwecks Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung, PKW Stellplatz etc. Tolle Dachterrasse. Ein Punkt gibt es doch, das Doppelbett ist für zwei Personen zu schmal. Würde die Wohnung wieder Mieten. Vielen Dank! Mit freundlichen Gruessen Thomas
