It is located next to a golf course. In addition to the private facilities mentioned above, the communal areas include a gym, 3 large swimming pools, a heated spa, a garden, and a social club. We also offer 2 free private parking spaces.

This penthouse has sea views and a privileged location, allowing you to enjoy all the charms of La Cala de Mijas on foot: strolling along the beach, visiting its beach bars, supermarkets, golf courses, restaurants, etc. Just one of the many charms of this unique enclave.

La Cala de Mijas has a strategic location on the Costa del Sol, allowing you to quickly reach all points of interest in the area: Cabopino or Playa Marina beaches are just a 5-10 minute drive away, and the La Cañada shopping area or Miramar Shopping Centre is just under 10 minutes away.
