Beautiful terraced house 30 m from the beach and the shops in the pretty village of Cala de Mijas
Ideally located, you will find absolutely everything within a few minutes walk: restaurants, shops, supermarket etc.
The house has been completely renovated and offers tasteful boho chic decor.
The two terraces will allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The living room and its bright American kitchen overlook the terrace.
You will have 3 pretty, comfortable bedrooms, each offering TV and balcony, as well as 2 bathrooms with Italian shower and a separate toilet.
The residence is charming, very flowery, and gives you access to two community swimming pools.
Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !

Compared to last year when we stayed the cleanliness of sofas cushions etc has deteriorated. My friends stayed in main bedroom and had sleepless nights due to the smell coming from mattress. Manager turned mattress and gave them a spray to use but after a couple of days the smell came through again!!

Lovely place just had a problem with cockroaches. Was informed the house had been treated so most were dead bur had a couple of live ones. Other than that the house was spotless.

Fantastic Townhouse, excellent location
The Townhouse was as described, very modern and well equipped.
Many of the rentals on this complex require some modernization so it was truly a pleasure to find, and stay in one that has been renovated.
The location is superb, our favourite place to stay in La Cala, right by Olivia's restaurant with the beach and beach bars right outside the complex.
I did see an earlier review about the en suite shower room being blocked during the renters stay- whilst this didn't happen to us, we did have to take care when having longer showers (to wash hair) as the water didn't easily drain away-quick showers fine.
Regardless we wouldn't hesitate to stay again and the communication from Servane was fantastic!

Beautiful modern
We enjoyed our stay very much in this beautiful property. Very clean and tidy. Lovely newly renovated with a modern twist. I hope guests look after this property for the owner.
Frustrating that the en-suite bathroom was out of action for the entire of our stay as the 1st time using shower tray overflowed and flooded bathroom. Therefore we could only use the 2nd bathroom. Property manager unable to get a plumber . This was ok as only two of us staying but this would not have been suitable if the family had been with us. We would like to return but unfortunately this will make us think about rebooking.

Nice house close to everything
Vi er vilde med området da vi elsker at være tæt på by og shopping og kan undvære en bil og huset er hyggeligt, ikke en stor terrasse men ikke nødvendig da det regnede i samtlige dage. Der mangler nogle småting i huset men ellers fungerede det meget fint det hele.
