Large home. Great yard

This home was a very good size for our large family get together. The backyard was great. Wasn’t the best neighborhood and the floor was very dirty. The listing said it had one room with one bunk bed and another with two bunk beds. The room that was supposed to have two bunk beds had two queen beds. Not a huge deal just should be updated. One thing that they should tell you as a plus is that two of the bedrooms and one bath are completely separate from the rest and even have a small extra kitchen with full size fridge.

- The space accommodated our group of 6 adults perfectly.- the updates to the home made it feel comfortable. - the location was nice for where we needed to be.- the neighborhood was a bit sketchy- communication with the property owner was not as timely as we had hoped.- we did not have clear directions for check out nor did the property have hand towels, washcloths, or any directions on how to care for the space while we were there. - it would’ve been nice to have some basic items in the kitchen like salt and pepper, potholders ( there was only one) , hand towels, etc.- there are stains on the bath towels

Rental was canceled 30 minutes before arrival

I’m not sure who to believe about the horrible experience we had. Our rental was canceled 30 minutes before our arrival only after I had text the host for the key code. He said VRBO should have notified me weeks ago and VRBO said the rental wasn’t canceled. Needless to say it left us in a terrible position as we had 13 family members meeting at the house to start a Disneyland vacation. The host did try to find friends with an available rental and VRBO offered us 4 hotel rooms for the night and would rebook us the next day. As you can imagine that was just unacceptable. To think we’d unpack with kids and infants then pack everything back up in the cars the next morning when we were going to Disneyland for the day to then go to another rental and unpack after a full day. Thankfully I was able to book a rental with another company for same day arrival.

Nice and quiet house for a people group

Very nice and spacious house for a group of people. It has everything for a comfortable stay (cutlery, towels, etc...). The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The owner was also very kind and fast answering our questions.
