Rooms are out of date, The fan in the bathroom had its cover haning off and secured with a ziptie and piece of trash. Coffee maker was missing. towels were old and worn out. Dont plan on resting during the day, work was going on and I heard power tools going from 9am until late in the evening. Staff was very friendly.
Motel advertises free breakfast and indoor pool but both are currently not available due to corona restrictions. No in-room coffee either for the same reasons. They don't tell you this when you make the reservation.
I liked nothing about this hotel it was gross and full of prostitution and dirtballs
Good for the price, remote to tv didn’t work and ice machine and vending was on the fritz but the staff got us some ice and drinks anyways. So they definitely compensated for those issues
Only room available during peak season for Skyline Drive the night we came to town. Bed was very uncomfortable. No chair in room. Phone was dirty, and desk never returned our phone call when we asked about extra pillow. Breakfast wasn't good, and didn't even have any cream for coffee. Worst hotel we've stayed in for a long time, but was our fault because we didn't plan better. Trip was last minute decision to see the fall leaves on Skyline Drive, and scenery was spectacular!
