What a wonderful stay! We were in town for a Civil War reenactment nearby and I could not have been a more peaceful retreat. The rolling pastures and quiet surroundings were absolutely beautiful! We especially liked watching the cows and horses grazing each evening. The loft had battery powered overhead lights throughout which gave plenty of light each evening. Thank you for sharing such a special place with us- we hope to return someday.

The place is beautiful! The house was stocked with everything you can think of. The view was amazing! The only thing that I didn't like is that there is no where to charge your cellphones! Other than that it is great place to stay~!

Family time and back to basics

We had a great stay in the loft, and the price was great as well! This area of Ohio is great for visiting small towns and seeing how others live and of course the fair! They have a generator and A/C, lights and a strip plug for charging devices. Lots of little extras you don’t see in other properties, toiletries, snacks, towels. Will definitely be back!

Unplugged and happy

Myself, daughter and 3 grandchildren age 28 months - 12 stayed 3 delightful days. Friendly host and hostess made us feel very welcome. Went out of their way to provide a baby bed. The children loved the access to the horses, swings and trampoline. No one missed the Wi-Fi or electricity. We would definitely stay again. Very peaceful and relaxing environment.

This place is awesome!!!

The owning family is amazing!!! This is a great way to spend quality time together without the computers. The property itself is very clean. There are lights and there is a small generator for short charging times. It was a neat little place. My son and I will most definitely be returning as he has stated he wants to come back and play with the children.

This was a retreat for me, so it was very peaceful and calm, the only thing was that some of the dishes were dirty, when i went to use them and the shower had hair in it. But nothing i didn't mind cleaning because i always clean a place before i fully unpack. But i would definitely come back
