Hotel is dated and begging for some renovation. Minimal services - small rooms, water is working and basic breakfast. My kids were also excited to see an old fashioned tv that I had in 1990. We stayed there during some big snow and hotel parking was not cleaned until 11. Staff is friendly and rooms are overall clean.
Old school ski lodge. Nice and comfortable but basic.
Arrived 2:30pm to check in and and no staff at desk, just a sign saying will be back later and leave a note if you wish. went out to lunch and returned at 430pm to check in. First room given was not cleaned, so was given another room. You hear the knocking of the hot water pipes and every step from the guests above you. The next day, we went out for the day, and when we returned arount 530pm, the beds were not made. Told the front desk staff whose only reaction was "oh really" and that was it. Also, muddy, unpaved parking area for your vehicle. look around for another place to stay
We booked this fairly last minute based on price and availability. This is a no-frills lodge, conveniently located near Sugarbush Mountain ski resort. No complaints at all. Agree with the other reviews, that the facility is a little dated, but a fair price for the location and accomodation. Our only issue is that there is no coffee available before 7:30 am, and no coffee makers in the rooms. We'll plan ahead next time. Simple continental breakfast included with the rooms. We would stay here again.
$294 for 2 nights in the middle of the week was too expensive. Location was good for our skiing Ibwish the breakfast was better and friends would have liked the Suarbush pass to the pool-gym included
No frills, clean, good location. I was charged 10% deposit for amenities, THERE ARE NONE. Breakfast is awful even for a continental breakfast. You can do better for the same money.

We decided not to include the Health Club fee in our rates as opposed to Resort properties which add on a 18% resort surcharge on all their rates to include the benefit. The daily fee for the Club is much more affordable.

Sorry you weren'y happy with your TV and 20 inches of snow generally takes a little while to clear on a sold out weekend.
