I spent one night with my two dogs and was very impressed with my room and the lobby. The breakfast was a bit sparse. Otherwise quite pleasant.

Heat wasn't on when I got to my room on a 12 degree day. Took a long time to warm up. Shower drain was clogged and there was neither soap nor shampoo in their respective containers, which I discovered after getting in the shower.

Room was average. Breakfast was spars, police making arrests in the room next to us. I guess that was entertainment at 12am. Elevator worked on the way down, not on the way up. Staff were friendly.

Room wasnt cleaned, floor was never cleaned, bathtub was dirty and had hair from other people. Floor was sticky and never swept. Told the front desk and he was very nice about it and said he would try to get me some money back. He was also great, he gave me fresh towels. He worked at night at the front desk.

The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding the room was filthy and the beds were gross there was dog hair and human hair in the bed under the sheets on the floor and in the bathroom there was human skin flakes on the box spring like it had not been cleaned the windows were dirty and fogging up in between the glass the surface had dirt and something was on the wall in spots that I didn’t want to know what it was. But I will say the clerk was very kind and very helpful in the process of canceling my booking and so was the person on your end very helpful indeed.

This hotel has cockroaches! They also charged me $150 because my 11 year old accidentally spilled hot chocolate on the sheets. They didn't notify me about the charge, and there are no such fees outlined in the hotel policies.
