We had a wonderful extended weekend with our family of 6. The location within Beachwalk is perfect- centered between the pool and the beach, both easy walking distance. The kitchen was very well stocked. Not a complaint because it is not a requirement, but for those looking for the info (as I was), this house does not come with any beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It does have a lot of games which my children (ages 10-18) enjoyed, books in various genres, and a bag set for the yard. From playing cardgames on the screened in porch to bocce ball, kayaking, and the pool, to taking in the sunset on the beach, we had a great time!

This was a lovely place to stay! The location was excellent for proximity to the beach as well to the pool. The beds were even more updated than the photos led on- so that was a pleasant surprise for our group!! My only complaint was a lack of cutting board in the kitchen. But, in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal and we had a great time staying here! Would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really awesome location (short walk to the beach and very close to pool, other amenities). Can't hear much noise outside when the doors and windows are closed. The kitchen could use some updates. But otherwise, really good value.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Beach Please. The house had everything we needed. We were surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked and loved all of the games. House was clean and the location is perfect in Beachwalk. Easy walk to the beach and to the resort amenities. My only recommendation would be to bring extra pillows because the ones provided were a bit flat and uncomfortable. But that is such a small issue! I would recommend this house to others!!!

Great beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved easy access to beach and that we did not have to drive deep into this area to access our place. Lots and lots of kids driving golf carts and walking around, so you had to be supervigilant when driving. Loved all the kitchen extras:2 coffee pots, crockpot, blender, etc. Accessing the home was challenging as there was only one lock, and it was on the back door and did not work on the front one. It needs to have a keypad. We will always ask about this in the future, as it was a major pain. Place needs some freshening. Back door was so dirty, and furniture upstairs and on porch was worn and dated. There is also a very musty smell in the master bath which should be addressed.

Perfect location, beautiful house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house, on the main road between the beach and the clubhouse/pool made it ideal for our family. The littles didn't mind walking to either spot so it was easy to grab our stuff and go. The house is beautiful and in good shape. I was a little concerned about the beds in the loft area being right next to the rail but we were vigilant and didn't have any trouble. There was plenty of room to spread out and we never felt like we were on top of each other.
