It was very quiet!

They telephone in the room did not work. The old coffee grounds from the last person in the room were still in the coffee pot. I find that gross.

Clean room, simple breakfast

Room very basic. My door's turn lock didn't stay in position. The constant door slamming as people left their rooms in AM was incredibly loud. The doors do not have a delayed, soft closure and no insulation to sound from hallway. Need better doors!! Update

Property and rooms are very old and outdated. Also did not feel 100% safe due to a combination of unsavory-looking people from restaurant/bar and in the lobby, and the alternative exterior doors not being locked or secure so anyone could get in. Rooms in general seemed clean, but very very tired and outdated.

We have stayed at this MicroTel before and liked it. This tme was different. The room was cold, not enough towels, coffee pot was inconvenient, and bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. In addition, breakfast was stale and did not much of a variety. The orange came out as orange colored water. We will not stay here again.

Staffperson was friendly and efficient, but she did not attend to noise problems (a family occupied several rooms, and the kids were loudly talking and slamming doors past midnight). IMJ, this should have been obvious to the staffperson, since it occurred close to the lobby. In fairness to her, however, we didn't complain and ask her to take action.

The carpet in the room was dirty and worn with two large toe nails right there in the middle of the carpet between the beds. There were dozens of long hairs in the bed, and you generally had the feeling the room was cleaned about every fourth visitor. Coffee in the morning was cold. This place is not the place to stay.

The one night stay was comfortable and clean. No issues! Great desk service.

The front desk staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The front entrance had iced lemon tea and cookies that was refreshing! The bed was super comfortable, location of the hotel is great, however the curtain rod closer in the king suite was broken other than that overall happy with our stay, Thank You!

The kitchen staff was very nice. The room was not very clean and the sheet had a stain on it

I was in town for work, with my employer paying for a different hotel. I got in a day early and stayed here on my first night. I was so impressed with the value and comfort of this hotel, that I ended up extending and staying on my own dime. Front desk staff was excellent. Keep up the good work!
