Paid for a queen bed and received a full size bed. We came from town and arrived around 1 pm. We were told there was oils be no rooms available until 3 pm. We looked around the place and found several rooms open with clean rooms. When we came back at 2:45 pm we were given one of the rooms we saw at 1 pm that were already cleaned. The breakfast choices were very minimal. Not one fruit item available. They had the waffle maker but most places offer a sugar free syrup for diabetics but none at this place. There was no tv channel guide either. Overall disappointed with several items.

This place was above the expectations for the room. Staff was very nice and the stay was great. The only thing we didn’t like was no one cleaned our room while we stayed. We had to go get towels but we only stayed a couple days so it was ok.
There was a cup and spoon on floor next to bed. Food left in the refrigerator. Bed pillows were the size of a throw pillow. Kleenex box was empty.
Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was very quick and friendly. The lobby area smelled of smoke and when entering our room it reeked as well. We ended up opening our window to air it out which did help. The room was dirty you could tell where there were water marks/splashes/spills of items so I had to wipe everything down for my 1.5 year old son. We had friends staying in the hotel as well and they had other amenities in their room that we didn’t have either. It wasn’t terrible it just smelled bad and wasn’t clean!

They telephone in the room did not work. The old coffee grounds from the last person in the room were still in the coffee pot. I find that gross.
Clean room, simple breakfast
Room very basic. My door's turn lock didn't stay in position. The constant door slamming as people left their rooms in AM was incredibly loud. The doors do not have a delayed, soft closure and no insulation to sound from hallway. Need better doors!! Update
