The spa was not heated which came to a surprise to the staff... Uh huh... The food in the morning was cold, juice watered down. And got billed twice for the room... Once on Orbitz and once on my credit card used for incidentals... Still waiting for resolution

Not clean, needed more pillows, A/C didn't get cold, Staff was in a bad mood, and it wasn't clean to food.

First I am being charged twice per my pending charges on my credit card. Front office staff was not very friendly. It was a busy weekend so that could be part of it.

Didn't like when they gave my room number to someone that I didn't want to know I was there. Not only did they do that but even gave the person a sticky note to leave on my door after banging on it for a hour

This motel was so cute, and retro. It is a historic motel built in1936 (the front desk person showed us a picture), and they are renovating the rooms. The TV is Roku, so you don’t have cable, and there is only a cup of ice offered by the front desk. The room was clean and we felt like it was a great ...
