"The lady at check in was excellent. Amber. Hotels . Com had screwed up our booking and she was wonderful trying to help the situation. Hotels.com did an awful job and she was willing to help us out. She was amazing. Our stay was great. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice from lobby area and outside. Amber made a huge difference in making us feel welcome.
