Juste a basic place

The room was really basic. The mattresses on the beds were very soft and already sagging, probably due to age. Very little space. The wall paint was faded, with no decoration at all.

Nice location, needs love

Very well situated near the Hallandale Beach, restaurants and shopping. Service was courteous and pool was awesome. On the downside, our room 410B was in poor conditions… one bed was really tired… and showed few support. DryWall was damaged on several walls. This appartement needs a touch of love to be enjoyable. Elevators are really slow…

Mi experiencia día fatal no por el servicio del hotel cómo tal sino por la poca accesibilidad del dueño de la propiedad. Hubo un error en mi reservación y aunque el hotel estucaba en la mejor disposición de hacer el cambio, dependían del dueño de la propiedad quien se cerró a la comunicación diciendo que lo deben hacer ellos en recepción y luego que lo tenía que hacer expedía. Me retiré antes de mi checkout, solo en quedé una noche de 3 noches que eran y no recibí ninguna solución ni devolución del dinero

Ofrecen una farsa, esto es una estafa... Estoy iniciando un proceso legal para demandar, ya sea a Expedia por falsa publicidad o a ellos por ladrones. Yo reservé en un hotel resort, no en Airbnb. Y no nos dejaron disfrutar de la playa ni con toalla ni con la sombrilla que supuestamente el dueño no autorizó... Solo estoy haciendo todo lo que es legal.
