They cancelled our reservation day of because of a broken door. The resort had no other availability. We were already in Florida and had to find new accommodations same day for a lot more money. Not ideal!!!

The view overlooking the bay was beautiful, and we caught some especially good sunsets. The room was clean and spacious. Bed comfort and number of towels was very good. The ice machine was just a few doors away on our floor. Fitness center had a good variety of machines and all were functional. Good beach/pool area bar and restaturant options and service.A few things that could be addressed in the unit... There were no clothes hangers provided, which seems like a rental property basic.Other than cheap paper cups, there was no glassware or plates provided, and only 2 forks and 1 knife in the drawer. Even a few good paper/plastic items would be helpful, as would paper towel and a small dish soap.Hot water faucet in convenience area was non-functioning. No lid to ice bucket.The bathroom could use some basic updating. Wall and wall paper around show are showing considerable wear and tear. The grout is dark and worn around shower floor.Updated to the property details should include that the 135 daily resort fee for Private rental guests does NOT include room service or Parking. Parking is an additional 60 per day (valet).

We had a great time. The check in was ok wish it was earlier but no big deal. Additional charges from the hotel for use of the property. Wish I had seen that before just unexpected. Overall we had a great time the hotel is In a great spot.

End of winter getaway

Property is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Pool and beach were both great and the bar off the beach became a favorite spot to hang out and relax. Staff was friendly and attentive. The room offered a small refrigerator, had a coffee maker and toaster but not any other kitchen supplies/utensils/cleaning supplies to keep the area tidy. Hotel staff at check in made it very clear that we were not to reach out to them for anything during our stay. We stayed 9 nights - this was a bit too long given the fact that there were no housekeeping services offered and no way to do laundry in the hotel for fresh sheets or towels. Manija was very responsive to any inquiries I had - she answered quickly. We had perfect weather and it was very relaxing and comfortable - would certainly stay again but most likely for a shorter timeframe

Great getaway! Nice hotel. Clean. The room is spacious. Beautiful view from the balcony. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable beds. Easy communication with the owner. Enjoyed the stay!
