The pool had small debris in it. No big deal if you're not picky but it can be an issue if you have kids. The pool also had a vacuum running in it and the host warned to not remove it. The end result is a pool with a vacuum running in it and a long hose attached to it that posed a threat to kids. I had 3 kids with life vests that found themselves struggling to navigate around the super long hose. I believe the pool should be thoroughly cleaned and the vacuum removed prior to renting out. The place seems better in pictures than it really is. You can see the place has some abuse to it that you don't see in pictures. The listing states 7 bedrooms but it isn't. One bedroom has a partial wall splitting two halves of it. So it's one bedroom with 3 beds, not two separate bedrooms with 2 and 1 beds. So the listing should say 6 bedroom instead. Additionally, there's cameras everywhere and I didn't feel comfortable with the lack of privacy. Although the cameras are outside, some bedrooms have huge glass doors to the back yard and you can see into the bedrooms from the camera placements. The basketball court is nice but it has a utility line that crosses the court diagonally which renders using it essentially useless. There no way to play a game without the utility line hanging overhead interfering with every shot you take. Not to mention the safety concerns it poses. I feel it's overpriced, we had a good time none the less. But for the price it should be a better kept place.
