No towels in the room. I had to go get them from reception. Floors were dirty. Had obviously not been swept. Bathroom door did not close and when we were finally able to close it, it git stuck snd we couldn’t open it. The property as a whole looked very old and unkempt.

The front doors and inside doors between rooms were broken, and couldn't be locked. It was 11:30 PM and there were people who seemed to be from the neighborhood playing loud music and smoking marijuana next to the one of the rooms. I had two children, wife and elderly parent, so, as soon as I noticed the doors condition left in a hurry.

Manager would not refund my money for 2x rooms, it had bed bugs, mold on bed it self, mold on sheet liners, mold around sink and shower, dirty floors, dirty bed sheets with peoples hair on it. I spot to front desk and manager and they said they will give me another room and wanted to charge me for touching the sheets on bed a one nights stay in each room. My kids are not sleeping on black mold, I have pictures and video, of manager and room. Contact me at jalababot@gmail.com to see. Expedia will not refund me neither, took my $900 and wont help me in any way. I was left in the streets with my family with no place to go durring christmas vacation,I will never deal with expidia or these motel 6 ever again. I paid for the insurance to cancel and they said I was suppose to cancel b4 the deadline not day of.... they rob the small people of what little money we have.
