Room smelled like clorox. No remote. Mold. Switched rooms. Stained carpets, broken TP holder and broken soap dish in shower. Room smelled foul. Elevator broke. Had to climb up and down 6 flights to and from room. This should be reported. If I was handicapped, I would have reported them to the proper authorities. Had a great time at the Dolphins game and was ruined by a ghetto hotel and no one cared. If I could get a refund, then I would but I doubt it. Most horrific hotel ever!! This hotel should not even be open and operating right now. Shame on someone!!

If you call yourself a decent human being, you would NOT even consider staying here! This place feels like a hotel in the ghetto part of Haiti! Here are the problemsi encountered on my stay-Long wait, non welcoming front desk, Blinking hallway lights, elevator that barely works-it takes 5 seconds struggling to open, hallway smelling of Marijuana, hallway carpet from the 70's, broken elevator push button that doesn't work, Old room door, old room carpet, bed that sags-if not filled with bedbugs, crappy pillows, rusted bathroom that doesn't have a toilet dispenser, uncleaned bathtub(had the prior guest's hair inside)-DID I MENTION NONFLUSHING TOILET! The chain inside of the tank was broken. Also one of the two crppy beds had ants on them- my wfe got bit from them! Gosh, i was absolutely aghast! Why is Hotels.com even have this property on it's website is beyond me! Please, Please choose a more decent hotel for your stay! DEFINITELY 150% not recommended.

The room was unacceptable. Mold all over the bathroom walls. Tube faucet leaks water 24/7. Bathroom faucet is broken. Carpet was coming apart and no tv remote.

The air conditioning was golden, the parking lot looked sketchy but it was actually really safe. The room was clean, the TV channels weren't that good but I connected my laptop to the hotspot on my phone and was in the game. The bathroom was spotless and that eased my mind about staying there!

Worst property ever. Never ever book this place again. You'd be waiting an hour to check in, the place is soooo dirty, the elevator does not work. The door for the stairs don't even have a handle, it's completely broken

My son and daughter checked into the hotel and had to pay an additional fee of $130 which is not for the security deposit. They needed a place to stay, so the paid it. But the real issue was when they went to the room. It was like a crime scene. The mattress was throw off the bed. They never even made up the bed. It was missing the bedsheet and all pillows. There was blood on the mattress, the mirror was broken and the glass was on the floor. The bathroom water was all over the floor and was running into the bathroom entrance. When they tried to get a refund, they were told there is no refund. My daughter was traumatized and so, they had to go book another room at a diffferent hotel. There was also a weird smell in the room. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

Mold on the curtains walls damaged. The couch in the room was dirty . Bedding didn’t smell clean. No Wi-Fi bad service. Also people on drugs hanging around the area. Elevator was barely functioning the light flicking the doors having a hard time opening. Man in the lobby saying he will pay for sex. Woman standing on the outside trying to get men to have sex with them.
