I wouldn’t give this one star if I could. The hotel compared to the photos was ridiculously misrepresented. The only thing good about the hotel was the help trying to get a cab the next morning from the front staff. The hotel and room was filthy, run down, and the only bedding available was a very thin sheet. The pillows were like wadded up tissues. Walls were thin and you could hear everything next door. Orbitz should check the hotel and make them update their photos.

Room smelled like clorox. No remote. Mold. Switched rooms. Stained carpets, broken TP holder and broken soap dish in shower. Room smelled foul. Elevator broke. Had to climb up and down 6 flights to and from room. This should be reported. If I was handicapped, I would have reported them to the proper authorities. Had a great time at the Dolphins game and was ruined by a ghetto hotel and no one cared. If I could get a refund, then I would but I doubt it. Most horrific hotel ever!! This hotel should not even be open and operating right now. Shame on someone!!

The room looked like a nightmare. The mattress was throw towards the sliding door with blood on the it. The mirror was broken with glass on the floor. The bathroom had water flowing into the walkway.. I immediate asked for a refund and they refused. The girl at the front desk was rude. The supervisor/manager by the name of Lee was not around. We left and i went to stay by my family house.

Toilet dirty upon entry. Also constantly running. But no problem there cos the ac was so loud I couldn't hear it or the TV for that matter. But that at least blocked outside noise.:-). Carpet nasty. Door had no latch lock. No desk or trash can in room. Entry had motion sensing entry light that also just went on and off throughout the night. Bed I do think was "vintage" from the original build. Best part of my 2 night stay, was I got in at 3 am the first night and 2 am the second night so I wasn't in the room for long

If you call yourself a decent human being, you would NOT even consider staying here! This place feels like a hotel in the ghetto part of Haiti! Here are the problemsi encountered on my stay-Long wait, non welcoming front desk, Blinking hallway lights, elevator that barely works-it takes 5 seconds struggling to open, hallway smelling of Marijuana, hallway carpet from the 70's, broken elevator push button that doesn't work, Old room door, old room carpet, bed that sags-if not filled with bedbugs, crappy pillows, rusted bathroom that doesn't have a toilet dispenser, uncleaned bathtub(had the prior guest's hair inside)-DID I MENTION NONFLUSHING TOILET! The chain inside of the tank was broken. Also one of the two crppy beds had ants on them- my wfe got bit from them! Gosh, i was absolutely aghast! Why is Hotels.com even have this property on it's website is beyond me! Please, Please choose a more decent hotel for your stay! DEFINITELY 150% not recommended.
