The host takes awhile to respond. So if you need a something quick forget it. There was what appeared to be blood on one of the extra pillows. The hotel is not even in the beach pictures. This listing is called ocean view but you can't even see the ocean from your room. The entire hotel is under construction so there's no use of the balcony at all. And there's an extra charge the day you arrive. You have to pay an extra 30 for every 3 guests to have access to the beach and pool.

There were additional fee’s not disclosed by the owner of the property and the balcony was under construction. The property manager of building told me that all owners were notified prior to construction starting. The view of the beach in the pictures is from the bedroom window that does not have a balcony. Beach would have been obstructed by the side wall of balcony, I was not pleased, owner did give me a partial refund.

Amazing apartment

Very friendly service, comfortable and modern apartment. What I like the most is that it is on the beach.
