There was a water leak in our original booking so they moved us to another property. The unit they moved us to also had a problem so fortunately they had another vacant unit at the same property they could move us into and that unit was fine. I liked the prompt response and solution reached. The only downside was that the property they moved us to was not within walking distance of Little Havana. We had to get an Uber but it wasn't too costly.

Don't walk away, run from these scammers. The damage deposit is 375 and I promise you will never see a penny of that back. They say they are pet friendly it's a lie that's how they extort you. The walls are so thin you will think your neighbors are sitting in your lap and whispering in your ear. The place should be avoided at all cost. The whole thing is just a squeeze play stay away
