The aesthetics of the place are really nice. However, there are things that need to be fixed. One of the bedrooms was missing a plank underneath, in the same bedroom there was a hole in the door, possibly from the door hitting it ? Idk , the towels were hard to find and as mentioned previously, still no hangers or an iron. The tv outside by the pool was not working and one of the patio couches were filled with ants. Several light fixtures were not working as well. One of the bar stools were broken as well. My biggest concern was that i was not given the access code upon check in. About an hr after check-in, the host tells me “they didn’t see my message but they provided the code to “someone” at the property. To be clear, the person was NOT me or anyone in my party. While we were still able to get in, the customer service was not pleasant at all. The host did not check in to make sure everything was going smooth nor did they apologize for the delay in checking in. Additionally i asked for early check in and that request was ignored .

The house looked just like the pictures and was a nice space to entertain our 8 person party. The outdoor area was perfect to lounge by the pool. It’s about 35-40 minutes to downtown Miami but it is located in a nice quiet area. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

There was no hand soap or dish soap. The towels were not in a place easy to find. There was no flat/baking sheet to cook on. The tvs were not working or accessible to watch what we wanted unless we logged in to our own apps. I could not even AirPlay to the tvs from my phone. I asked multiple times how to turn the hot tub heater on with no reply at all. The pool was cloudy and when I told them, I was told that it was cleaned that morning and to give it time. It did not get clear until this morning when we left. The primary bed seems to be broken or unlevel. Our heads were down, our feet were up. It was very hard to sleep, and I woke up with immense headaches both mornings. There was mold on the floor in one of the bedrooms. There was a giant palmetto bug in the kitchen. And as much as we have to pay for cleaning, there shouldn’t be any bugs at all in there. The listing states that it’s a 15 minute walk to the stadium, when we went to walk there it would have actually taken 1 hour 20 minutes to walk to the stadium. I looked again before we left today and still 1 hour 20 minutes. So it wasn’t traffic. It was a false advertisement on the listing. The a/c seems to completely shut off when there is no movement in the house. It got hot and stagnant.I did ask a few questions, about the towels & the pool, which were answered. But when I asked about dish soap, leaving instructions, or the hot tub, those questions were ignored.The house is pretty & has a lot of room. But not as listed

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and clean. A very big home, lots of space and so much to do. The kids enjoyed the games, pool table, mini golf and the pool. Overall, I would definitely book again.

Good trip

We had 5 of us in town for a friend's 40th birthday and the house was great. Good location to what we were there for and good amenities to be able to relax at the house a bit. The only thing the place needs some cooking pots & pans and utensils as would be nice to be able to cook some meals.

The property was as expected from the pictures with modern furnishings and tv's in almost every room. The beds were very comfortable. The outside pool area and yard was nice. It was just missing a few of the usual amenities that we were expecting like hangers to hang our clothes and a working iron. There were a few other areas that can be improved on which I forwarded directly to the agent. Overall, we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
