Host was unreliable, couldn't check in to the property and ended cancelling my reservation

Long story short, host didn't send my reservation information to the building concierge who couldn't check us in without it. I had completed their check in procedure before arriving at the property, and yet they failed to send it to the actual property management. When we arrived at 1am by a flight from Boston, property/hotel reception couldn't find the restroom. Spent 3 hours explaining this to VRBO and requested for a cancellation add refund. Still awaiting refund. I had to find another hotel at 4am in the night!! Their office was closed and no one would pick up the phone when we called

My family and I had an amazing time at this apartment. Great views, clean/modern rooms, easy check-in and walk to the beach. The host is very polite and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

Peaceful Vacation with Family

Overall stay was pretty amazing… check in process was a breeze.. kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we need for cooking.. groceries was within walking distance.. staff at the hotel was super friendly. The condo is absolutely gorgeous with views of the ocean and inter-coastal! The only hiccup.. my family and I left the room before 11 with a small wait for the elevator and front desk lobby.. Somehow the system showed we were still in the unit (not checked out).. not sure what happened but I did receive messages.. and a phone call after we had already left. So in the future as a courtesy.. I would just message the company and let them know you have left so they can prep for the incoming travelers. Thank you for hosting us.. we shall be back soon!

Great location, poor communication!

Communication with management was our biggest problem! We were delayed getting in which stressed everyone out including me after a long drive. I tried to solve the problem before we left so this would not happen. I sent many text to management with the same response and got nowhere. My 13 year old daughter was put down as cardholder, how I have no clue so be sure to be thorough with your paperwork because management is awful with communication. The views were fabulous location was great. This is kid friendly hotel, pool bar closes early. Be sure to bring stuff for the kitchen like dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and extra towels blankets salt pepper coffee simple things not enough of, thank God the condo itself supplied extra towels but when I asked management they said that’s what you get. Other than that our stay was good.

Great location! Modern property! Beautiful amenities!

We stayed here during our kids Spring Break(ages 9-16)! It was definitely busy, should’ve thought of that when we booked it. But despite the crowds, we really enjoyed our time there. There’s something for everyone! Loved the gym! Had everything you’d need. Recommend working out in the afternoon. We had a beautiful modern 3 bedroom unit. Very spacious (1500 sq ft). Kitchen had all the pots/pans you’d need, except cookie sheets. But we made do. The Walmart across the bridge was very convenient. The view….oh the view, was STUNNING!! I’d definitely recommend!! Would come back! Everyone had a great time!!

Great stay! Would return!

Overall, great stay, great space! Great for family as everyone had their space. My only complaint is wish they had a few basics like dishsoap, blender or cleaner for counters… otherwise fabulous stay, great view, would absolutely recommend!

Great weekend stay!

This property was brand new with great amenities. Check in was very easy at the front desk. Room was clean and had all the necessary things for a stay. The pool located on the 6th floor was great and got sun all day! Lots of loungers to choose from, some with umbrellas and some without out. The pool does have its own bar so you are unable to bring your own drinks. We learned that the hard way. No big deal though. All and all I would stay here again in the heart beat. The best thing was the communication through the host. They were available 24/7 and would easily answer questions.
