The host was excellent and maintained great communication throughout the entire stay. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was comfortable and well organized, which made the stay very enjoyable. From the drive up to the property all the way through check out, Jalvis property was nothing short of amazing, inviting, homely and cozy. The home is beautiful!! Pictures help but in person is a whole other scenery. My friends and I had an amazing stay. Jalvis was even so kind to allow me to host my now fiance birthday party. I proposed to her in this home. So now this home will forever be apart of a special day. We are so grateful for his kindness. Pros: CleanlinessHad everything you would need at your disposal (air fryer, dishes, seasonings, crock pots, etc.)The entertainment (pool table, swimming pool, bbq grill, bean bag toss and board games, projector screen, flat screen TV's, speakers outside for music, etc.)Jalvis communication was on point, literally available 24/7Safe, quiet neighborhood and neighbors accommodated the parking for the party we hostedEverything is labeled, all remote controls were in its place. Check-in and Check-out instructions were simple and clearBeds were comfortable and cleanVery family friendly homeThey left a bottle of wine and treats for usCons:The home is 3bdrm/2bathrooms: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is inside the house. The 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom is outside of the home in a separate guest house. So if anyone slept in that room they would have to walk from outside to the inside to access anything else in the home. The property was exactly as advertised, everything was clean and very nice, location to Miami stadium was perfect for FIFA game. The only drawback was that the kitchen did not have a dishwasher, otherwise well equipped. Communication with host was excellent, I would most definitely recommend this house and would rent it again if the opportunity arises.
