Laundry (washer & dryer) can be user for am additional fee of $30, please ask us about it in advance of your stay. ******************** Please note, in our neighborhood due to high humidity and damp soil it can happen you may see a roach or another bug every once in a while. We do not offer refund if that happens, because it’s quiet normal around here.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown. North Beach was an easy drive. Neighborhood was quiet. The hot tub was warm enough, did not get too hot 104 degrees (safer for the kids). Mangoes are not always in season, but the trees were beautiful in the back yard.

There was 1 TV for the whole house not even in Master bedroom. The hot tub wasn’t enclosed so there was always debris falling from the tree, flying bugs annoying and Steps to the hot tub were unstable and too high making it awkward to enter and exit. No access to washer & dryer , no access to air conditioning which made the house too cold at different times. The dishes had to be rewashed before using. Good location for access to city ventures.

It was a great place to stay, there was 8 of us. The only thing is in the listing it said there was a bedroom with 2 beds, but in that bedroom there was only 1. The host was easy to talk to, and it was good for the price. It was in a quiet area so great for a family. It’s a little far from the beaches, but we had a car so it was not too bad! Would totally stay again!
