This hotel was perfect for me. The rooms were comfortable and neat. Felt quite new. Location was amazing. Walking distance for anything important that I needed; restaurants, pharmacies,atm, shopping, anything. Staff was always available and provided great service for everything!! It is a small hotel but the bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location in Polanco, with lovely and very helpful staff. Rooms are very small, but have just about everything you need including fridge, but no iron/ironing board in the room. Given the room floors are stone I suggest taking slippers. Only coffee making provided in the room so if you are a tea drinker bring your own..breakfast was simple but perfectly nice. Rooms are air conditioned and the bed was very comfortable. Decent stay overall and we will likely keep this hotel as option as we are frequently in Mexico City for one or two nights at a time.

Our first visit to this boutique hotel, was pretty new and therefore clean and fresh. The staff was very accommodating and responsive. The rooms are good size, beds comfortable with all necessities. The location is great, lots of restaurants and 3 blocks to Parque Chapultepec, safe area and we will definitely return here on our next trip to CdMx.

Decided to try out Lamartine Polanco; it’s advertised as Boutique luxury and had some good reviews. However, upon settling into my room I became quite disappointed especially for the price point. It definitely falls short of the “luxury” mark. The smell in the room and bathroom wasn’t great. The balcony was slightly flooded. The toilet paper holder was basically broken and almost falling off. There were just a number of things that when summed together just made me feel that it was not worth it. I checked out early before staying even one night and the staff were unable to help me get a refund and basically rerouted me to Expedia.
