The room was dark. Not enough towels. Housekeeping didn’t leave soap but cleaned away what was there when I arrived. There was no heat and the room was cold. The blanket was insufficient. The mattes was old with lumps and troughs. The breakfast was good .

el hotel es realmente un sitio para encuentro de parejas por horas, no es un hotel para viaje de negocios y mucho menos familiar, pero l personal de recepción le falta mucha habilidad para atención al cliente especialmente el único hombre recepcionista en el hotel que está lejos de estar apto para la industria hoytelerq, hasta te reta a pelear y todo….. es claramente la peor atención de un funcionario que he tenido en mis más de 10 años con hotels y xpedia, lo poco bueno lo borro ese atarban con el trato

El hotel cuenta con 2 areas una familiar que es el hotel como tal y al fondo motel que se llaman villas. Si quieres descasar este no es el lugar indicado, el problema es que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle cada carro, camión, moto qué pasa, yo que tengo el sueño pesado me despertaba cada que pasaba un camión. Si crees que eso no es problema adelante es un hotel con habitaciones de buen tamaño sábanas limpias y tollas gruesas que parecen nuevas, buen estacionamiento, etc y a la salida de cdmx qué es lo que más me gustó

Un hotel viejo para no mas de una noche, no tienen aire acondicionado, el mobiliario es viejo y así huele también. La habitación no estaba limpia. No querían otorgar una toalla adicional aunque mi reserva era para 3 personas, al final me dieron pero fue complicado, cosas tan simples hacen ver que el servicio al cliente es malo.
