Very large room with terrace. Great location. Staff at front desk very nice but not great with English, so couldn't get much help with touring the city. Also towels were scarce and overly used. But, overall a good experience and would consider staying again.

We loved our stay at AR 218! It was probably better than expected. The building and facilities were great and modern. The room was super spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved being able to message the front desk at any time from their site. The only slight issue we found was that the curtains didn't completely shut off the sun in the mornings. It was a quick fix by using our eye masks, but might be more of an issue for others. Location was also super walkable.

This was the perfect place for our family’s visit to Mexico City. Stayed here twice and both times we were impressed by the nice, quiet rooms. Location is excellent and I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the front desk staff is. Diana, Miguel and in particular Fernando, thank you so much. One of us got very sick due to the altitude and Fernando located a doctor who was there within minutes. Thanks to that, the next day we were good to go and able to enjoy this most wonderful of cities! Will definitely stay here again.

AR218 was a most pleasant experience. There was absolutely nothing that could have been improved on. It was reminiscent of the gracious treatment that one used to receive before everything seemed to go down. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was appointed beautifully. It wanted for nothing. The location was perfect. I can’t wait to return. Kudos to a job well done!

We had a great stay at AR 218 the room was spacious, clean and well designed. The hotel was beautiful and has a really nice rooftop terrace to relax in the mornings with coffee or after a long day of being out in the city. The neighbourhood is perfect and a nice little quiet oasis within the larger CDMX. The staff were excellent and went the extra mile. Thank you!
