We had blast . Very comfortable beds. Quite location. Easy to find . Close to everything. Just what we need . The property could sleep 8 peoples easy . A d for that price its a steal .

This appeared to be a new listing. It was an older property and advertised to house 9 people. However there was only 4 place setting which included silverware. There was no dish towels, no hot pad, no drinking glasses, and no over mitts. There wasn’t any baking pans. All the towels still had stickers on them and had not been washed. There was no broom or vacuum. There were two queen beds and two twin beds. Not enough for our 7 well enough 9. There was a camp table for the kitchen table with three bar stools. Which was not convenient or workable. We made it work, but felt like we were the first rental and it wasn’t ready. The carpet was dirty and had exposed tack strip between kitchen and living room. Which snagged peoples feet.

Booking was smooth and the host was responsive when we reached out with questions. The location was nice and having two labeled parking spots was convenient. We had a pleasant stay overall.It seemed like this may have been one of their first bookings, so there were just a few small things that could help future guests. Providing the house number and entry instructions ahead of arrival would be helpful, and there were a few minor maintenance and cleaning items that likely just need attention as they continue getting things dialed in.The location is great and the property offers a comfortable stay. With a few small adjustments, it will be even better for future guests.

Our experience was not pleasant. The home smelled of pets and triggered allergies. The bathrooms were gross and not properly stocked. There was hair and grimy caulk along the bathroom floor. No hand towels, no bath mat, the towels that were provided were used and stained. There was a smoke detector that was beeping, and lights flickering in the living room. We did not stay the night and got a hotel room for the trip. I requested a refund from vrbo, and after viewing the pictures they agreed and provided a partial refund. The host did offer to change the smoke alarm battery and light bulbs, but by that point we had moved to the hotel room.
