Ker Beloüz is a recently built, detached house, ideally located 200 meters from the beach and 900 meters from shops. Two adult bicycles are available for enjoying the many rides in the surrounding area. Private parking is available on the property. There is a 130 m² enclosed garden with a south-facing wooden terrace.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, laundry room, and separate WC.
Upstairs: three attic bedrooms (rooms 1 and 2 each have two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together; room 3 has a double bed (160x200 cm)) and a shower room/WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, sound system, and Tassimo pod coffee machine.
Included: electricity, geothermal heating, and bed linen.
Not included: towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax. Electric car charging: €35 per stay.

Demeure bien agencée idéale
Belle demeure avec un bel espace ! Chaque pièce est bien agencée ! Proximité de la mer et des commerçants c’est parfait ! Un bel accueil
Seule Reproche au niveau de hygiène des poils de chien sur canapé et odeurs ! Friteuses huileuses au toucher et barbecue pas propre et heureusement nous avons apporté notre grille ! Autrement vaisselle parfaite et ustensiles disponibles on y trouve de tout comme chez soi ! Il manque aussi un fer et une table à repasser c bien utile ! Sinon un très bon séjour une belle région ! Manque un peu de soleil dommage car pas eu l’occasion de manger dehors !
Une belle location ! idéale pour les vacances mais avec animal non admis surtout pour des personnes qui sont allergiques aux poils
