Great place to escape Melbourne Lockdown PTSD

Stayed in the penthouse - it was a huge apartment and was generally very functional, despite a few quirks. The view across the lake was very satisfying and could be enjoyed from the balcony or just sitting in armchairs inside with a coffee. TVs were new, big and easily connected to Netflix and YouTube (bonus points). Beds were firm but acceptable, bathrooms were huge but basic (some extra towel rails wouldn't go astray), had a nice work desk and office chair for the unfortunate work distractions but the wifi connection was a tad underdone. Overall, this place ticked enough boxes that we would be happy to stay again. Merimbula is just a great tourist area and it was fun to rediscover it after many years absent. This accom just made it easy. BTW it's only a 10min walk to the Lakeview Hotel which has great food and views.

Penthouse was very spacious with great views

Large and well equipped penthouse suite conveniently located to beach and shopping area. Covered parking. Quiet hotel with a great sweeping view of the estuary from the penthouse suite. Enjoyed super fresh seafood throughout the Sapphire Coast area.
