The lounge area opens out to a large balcony area with BBQ and the kitchen has both microwave and dishwasher. Centrally located only approx. 200m to RSL, 300m to town and approx. 500m to Spencer Park. Quality inclusions throughout plus double lock up garage (with remote). Bedding consists of a queen size bed in the main bedroom with ensuite and WIR, queen bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the third.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The apartment was extremely dusty and musty when we first checked in. We needed to clean and vacuum and air the place out significantly as we were all sneezing. The vacuum cleaner supplied was on its last legs and the cleaning supplies provided were minimal. Other than that the location was fantastic and the view from all the living areas and main bedroom are spectacular. Very spacious and ample room for a family. The huge bath and decently appointed kitchen were really great but the couches in the lounge are extremely uncomfortable as they are actually outdoor furniture. Overall we had a great time here and the apartment was perfect for our week in Merimbula.
