It’s a lovely relaxing house with nice views and close to the walkway around the lake.We also stayed there last year and this year enjoyed the fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen areas. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Lovely relaxing holiday home

We very much enjoyed our stay. It has a great layout with good views of the inlet(lake). It is a quiet location. There are a few minor issues with maintenance but the house has a nice relaxed feel and was very clean.We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home - Comfy

We stayed here with friends and we loved the location and the house itself. It was very comfortable and open planned and we instantly felt relaxed from the moment we entered.

Winter stay

A lovely house with all you need for comfort. Nice location, close to the boardwalk and centre of town, not far from beaches. Fire place to keep you warm and cosy. Dog friendly too which is a bonus.

Great spot

Loved our family winter escape to merimbula. The house was just as described and the location was perfect for us. House was plenty big enough for our family of 6 (with teenage kids). Location easy access to boardwalk and nice walking distance to town and main beach. Views were stunning very quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed.

Highly enjoyable

This east facing light filled house is located with views to the river and sea. Short walk to the beautiful boardwalk that extends along the river and to the main street of Merimbula. House is well equipped, comfortable and a joy.

Week-long stay November

The house has a great layout with 2 living areas and an undercover outdoor area. Our Border Collie loved the house and full credit to the owner as it was extremely dog friendly - bowls and mats provided and a very secure yard with undercover area for our dog. So many places list themselves as pet friendly but aren’t. A very enjoyable stay in a good location, great views and quiet area. Highly recommended especially from a pet aspect!

Property needs a lot of maintenance. Issues that we noted were already in the guest book from over two years ago!

Maintenance required

This property is in the perfect location. Quiet residential street and a very short walk to the boardwalk. The views from the front living area and decking are superb. The couches were comfortable, and the wood fire heater was a great addition. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would stay in again for the following reasons. The house needs lots of maintenance updates. There are black mould patches in the ceiling.(kitchen) and around the shower in ensuite. My son's bed sheets had not been changed and were full of sand. The kitchen has peeling contact all over the bench top which is not nice to use at all. The toilet seat in the ensuite is broken. The towels and sheets are old and stained. We don't feel the price matched what the house provided Unfortunately.
