The room was adequate. Furniture and fixtures are somewhat worn. The tiled floor is very dirty. Cleaning staff stole my underwear. Having kleptomaniacs working at a hotel is a big no no.

I had a good stay. Parking was at the Casino lot next door however. Hotel was right by the Chedraui Supermarket which was a big plus.
The hotel is across the street from the Mundo Maya Museum which is outstanding. Newer hotel in great condition. Taxi charges $100 pesos to get to downtown, which is a great price. Felt very safe. Wish there was a refrigerator in the room or easier access to an ice bucket. The taxi took us where we wanted to go which was cheaper than taking a tour. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is a small hotel near several shopping malls and grocery stores (Costco and Chedraui). The food is good and prices are reasonable. Staff is super-helpful and courteous. The only drawback is the parking, which is valet only and the access to the hotel. It is a small ramp where everybody lines up and wait their turn for the valet to get to your car. Not good if you are in a hurry. Also, paper thin walls, could hear the neighbors baby crying on the right, and the left neighbor talking on the phone, on speakerphone...
Very mice staff, very friendly, comfortable rooms and very close to where I need it to be. Many close restaurants around the area plus the one in the Hotel with good food and also a bar.
imma give a solid 4 out of 5. it was in a good location around big malls 15min by taxi to downtown everything was more than average
All services was perfect all asked for better my staying was just convence for me like back there at my next trip
The hotel is located near to new amenities in the city and close to the highway to the beach (20 minute ride). Staff as well as the hotel itself are great!
Hotel bien ubicado sobre todo para acudir a los campos de golf, tanto al Jaguar cómo a la Ceiba, así como al centro de convenciones que se encuentra en frente. Los desayunos no son muy buenos, recomiendo mucho mejor afuera del hotel el restaurante “Los Habaneros” a unos minutos caminando y con buenas promociones para desayunos.
Excelente ubicacion, y la distintiva calidad de la atención de la gente yucateca. El hotel es moderno, y ofrece mucho valor a cambio de un costo moderado.
