We offer comfortable warm rooms in the winter and pleasantly cool rooms in the summer due to a geothermal natural heating and cooling system. There is an elevator in the building.

Gepflegte Wohnung, tolle Lage, nette Gastgeberin

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Wie wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen immer wieder Ausflugs-Tipps während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Wohnung liegt in angenehmer Nähe zur Innenstadt, ist aber nicht zu laut. Wir können dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

super saniertes Altstadthaus mit bester Ausstattung. City nah. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

Wir waren für eine Woche in Meran. Das super sanierte Altstadthaus hat mehrere FeWo. Im Haus befindet sich ein Aufzug. Unsere Wohnung war zur Straßenseite, wir empfanden das aber aufgrund gutem Schallschutz nicht als störend, sondern eher amüsant. Wir haben uns in der Whg 2 sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist modern eingerichtet und die Ausstattung bestens sowie sehr sauber. Bei Fragen und Problemen kümmert sich die Vermieterin zeitnah und kompetent. Vor dem Haus gibt es kaum Parkmöglichkeiten, aber in einem naheliegen Parkhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Wohnung mitten in der Stadt

Die schön eingerichtete Wohnung liegt im Zentrum, aber es ist trotzdem ruhig (die Fenster zur Straße schliessen absolut dicht) Parkhaus mit reserviertem Stellplatz ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich vorbildlich um die Gäste.

Sehr geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung

Wir bewohnten Appartement Nr. 2 und waren sehr begeistert. Einrichtung, Zweckmäßigkeit, Komfort sind top, dazu kommt noch, dass wir aufgrund der Erdsondenanlage trotz 38 Grad Außentemperatur konstant 22 Grad in der Wohnung hatten. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und hat sich sehr kompetent um uns und unsere Belange gekümmert. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle und zu den Lauben der Meraner Innenstadt sind es höchstens 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Also, einfach rundherum empfehlenswert!!!!

Sehr guter und schöner Aufenthalt

Wunderschöner und liebevoll sanierter Altbau mit modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen. Es sieht alles aus wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein kleines Café in dem man auch gern seinen morgendlichen Espresso trinken oder eine kleinigkeit essen kann. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen und man ist direkt im Meraner Zentrum.
