Tolles, freundliches Personal, bestes Frühstücksbüffet was wir je hatten (tolles Brot, frisches Obst und gepresste Obstsäfte, warme Gerichte ab Karte bestellbar, tolle Kuchen und Croissant Auswahl und bester Latte Macchiato den ich je hatte 😉) gratis WLAN, super Lage ca. 5-7 min vom Zentrum entfernt, grosse Zimmer mit separatem Schlafzimmer und eigenem Balkon. Das Fitness ist absolut ausreichend, Spa hat Sauna, Danpfbad und Whirlpool sowie Ruhezone. Einziger Wermutstropfen, die Matratzen sind leider Mist (Schaumstoff) und viel zu weich. Aber sonst sehr empfehlenswert 👌

Ein modernes Stadthotel. Leider kann der Service nicht mit dem Komfort der Zimmer mithalten. Das Essen hat uns nicht geschmeckt und die Bedienung war, auch bei wenig Gästen, überfordert. Der Wellnessbereich wurde von jemanden konzipiert, der offenbar keine Ahnung davon hat. Die Sauna war gross und sauber, aber der Nassraum völlig ungenügend.

Das Hotel war ok. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und kompetent. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Personal war nicht sehr aufmerksam. Wir mussten lange auf unseren Kaffee warten und auch zwischendrin schaute niemand nach uns. Das Abendessen war völlig mißlungen. Zuerst mussten wir lange warten, dann bekamen wir das Falsche. Ein bestellter Drink war fast ungenießbar. Das Personal entschuldigte sich dann aber bei uns.
