Chsarming, "rustic elegaance" style boutique hotel. Staff were fantastic and accommodating. I came down for dinner at 9:10 pm but service had closed at 9 pm. The person at the front desk went to the kitchen, came back to ask if i a particular meal was okay and had it delivered to my room. Room was comfortable with a great bed and blackout curtains, and a well appointed bathroom. Minor notes: there was no coffee in the room, only tea, and the A/C "whoosh" sound was louder than I would have liked to the point where I turned off the fan at bedtime. Temperature in the room stayed pleasant all night despite this. This would be a "go-to" hotel for me on future visits to the area.

The room was great and the staff very helpful but the restaurant, cafe and bar hours were very limited. We arrived at 2pm hungry after a long drive but nothing in the hotel was available. We went out dinner that evening and returned to the hotel for a cocktail but the bar closes at 9pm. On Sunday the main restaurant is closed so no full breakfast/brunch.

The room is clean. The customer service response is quick and professional. The only thing is my room was at a busy corner of the hotel partly facing the main Street so I was noisy in the morning during rush hours 6 to 10. The other thing was the TV stopped working while watching the tennis games for a couple times. Will consider coming back next time visiting SF !
