Weird room configuration where the door opens toward the bed. Noisy, you hear the AC vents all night and the walls are thin and you can hear everything when people walk along the corridors. The bathroom floor gets constantly wet when taking a shower. The breakfast spread was expensive and small. The saving grace of the hotel is its location and architecture, along with Navishka and Aachal’s pleasant conversations and genuine concern.

Hotel staff was very helpful in identifying that we had a duplicate booking on orbitz, but they couldn't delete the 2nd booking, said we had to call orbitz. Took us an hour, looking for phone number for orbitz (none), then settling on a chat with online agent who called the hotel to resolve.
