Very friendly & helpful staff members. Amazingly quiet for such a busy road. Comfortable beds - mattress high quality. The bathroom could be made safer by having more of an angle on the tiling to drain the water directly into the drain rather than around the bathroom. Very clean in all areas. Thank you.

This was the second time I have stayed here as the location and facilities are just what you need for a city break. Its easy access to the train station to get in and out of the city, the apartments are spacious, comfortable and easy access to shops and supermarkets for supplies.

The receptionist who I met upon arrival was very helpful and is an asset to the business. The apartment is in a wonderful location and close to dining, shopping and entertainment. The apartment itself was spacious and very well resourced (oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, bath/shower, washing machine and dryer). Comfortable couch and a dining table/chairs to use. Lovely balcony. I advised the property on maintenance and cleaning issues which do need attending to. I would be happy to stay at the property again provided the cleaning and maintenance feedback is actioned. Thank you.

Excellent apartment very close to Melbourne CBD. Everything was as described - a lovely spacious apartment withing walking distance to all public transport, and only 2 stops on the train into Flinders St station.Plenty of dining options & bars within 5 minutes of apartment, with a Woolies across the road (50 metres). Would definitely stay here again next time in Melbourne.

We booked here for 7 nights, told at reception I would have to pay extra each night for a bed as rooms were two queen beds , I had requested one room with 2 beds for kids. Lady in line behind me said to me she had a two b/room unit with one of the rooms with 2 single beds so why couldn’t we go into that one as they were checking out. Turned out it was the same room that was been given to us, receptionist argued with her it wasn’t set up like that. Anyway we got in and it was 2 beds so was fine. A couple of days in I was asking for toilet paper etc as nothing was getting topped up. Had to ask for towels twice. And was only given 3 - when there was 4 of us. Place was really unclean, food splattered on walls , ice cream smeared on windows and bathroom floor obviously wasn’t cleaned before we went in as my son had a shower and the floor mat was brown on the underside. Lots of the windows wouldn’t open. I saw we only had two knives in kitchen, let receptionist know so we could get more. She asked if I needed more -yes please there’s 4 of us in the room. For what we paid I expected better service and expected it to be at least clean and to get clean towels and amenities restocked over a weeks stay
