Pros - Close to public Transport - Heatherdale Railway Station. Was quiet in room whilst I was there. Room - very good size and suitable for working with additional desk area. Cons - There is no lift in the building if you are on second floor you will need to carry your bags up. Garage is open underneath.

The room was clean and maintained however, the bed needs replacing as it was concaving on one side. We were at the second floor and had to carry our own luggages upstairs via the stairs as there was no lift. Other than that it was a nice stay

Definitely catfished by the booking site. It’s like a Wish version of the Shining’s Overlook Hotel in off season. The place is empty, the restaurant/bar sitting unused and mouldering like the carpets and paint. The rooms are relatively neat, very basic, internet provided but non-existent. If it wasn’t for the price point and the need to have a room that could accomodate 4, would have demanded a refund and found a nice bridge to sleep under.

All in all it was good. The lack of a fan in the bathroom was disappointing. The access to the rooms from the carpark was horrible as the walls were dank, mouldy and puddles on the landing.

It was a very comfortable room. Great stay, only problem was noisy people in next room. It had a great desk area, my husband was delighted!

Very disappointing as the motel changed greatly since we last stayed there about ten years ago. Could be a really vibrant facility but is looking very "tired". The rubbish bags on the stairwells were quite disgusting and the dirty underground carpark was an off putting welcome!

Great spot for an overnight stay. Close to train station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are quiet. The only fault was the lack of blankets to put over the bed. We stayed in a cold night and there was only 1 blanket in the room and there were 4 of us.
