We arrived to a house that hasdn't been cleaned. The host sent a message only an hour before arrival to tell us they would be late to clean it. The cleaners arrived while we were there, and didn't do a very good job. They failed to change sheets on the day bed in the sunroom also. We couldn't enjoy the property until after they left less than an hour later. They also failed to have a key ready for us, so the cleaners had to supply theirs. After our stay, they charged us an additional fee saying they didn't know we had a dog present, however, we had advised of a dog staying, which they replied to in the Stayz app. They accused the dog of pooping on the floor, which he didn't. When we asked for photos, they could only show us a wet patch on the floor, which we believe they created by pouring water on the floor. The fee they charged for this was more than one night stay in the property. Aside from that, the blinds let a lot of light in so it's hard to sleep at night, they keep the fridge on the lowest setting, many elements of appliances are broken (like the freezer drawer), and there is a lot of noise coming from neighbours who threw a loud pool party at night. Would definitely not stay again, or recommend to my worst enemy.
