Come to stay here while in Melbourne on a 4 day trip. Clean rooms with, aircon and bar fridge. Has a iron with ironing board. There is a pool. Room service too plus restaurant. There is a life or stairs your chose

I was in town for an event at the nearby Royal Children's Hospital and this was one of two hotels within walking distance of the hospital. Truth be told we stayed here because the other hotel was fully booked. We are a family of two adults and two children and booked a standard room with two queen-sized beds. Plus points: Location, if you are here for the RCH. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Room size was reasonable although a bit on the small side. Beds were quite comfortable. Minus points: Free wi-fi in the room was difficult to connect to. The biggest downside was cleanliness and maintenance. The carpet had either bald patches or stains in places and in some spots were visibly dirty, like it has not been properly vacuumed, the shower was leaky, and the air condition grill had layers of dust on it. For the price we paid, they could have done better.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel is next to tram stop and very easy to get to Melbourne CBD. Walking distance to supermarket and food outlets. Room was clean. Bathroom needs a bit of sparkle...it’s an old building. Value for money.

We booked this accommodation despite mixed reviews from others. We had 3 rooms to accommodate Adult Children and we all really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were comfortable, Staff were excellent and location was very good. We caught the tram into Melbourne for shopping with tram a short walk. Local shops for any needs and good food all within a short walk. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel is in a good location with easy access to transport. Also within walking distance to restaurants and other outlets. Nearby amenities include a supermarket. Parking is also very convenient and reasonable

We chose this hotel as I have an Accor card and had stayed there some years prior. It is still a little tired looking. However the staff are very friendly and the rooms clean. Our room did not have a view, but it was suitable for our short stay.I think the price was reasonable; even though the room was on the small side. I would stay again, especially if I needed to take public transport as it is very close to CBD and Carlton.

We have stayed in this hotel twice in the last 2 weeks as we have a nephew who is the Royal Childrens Hospital. On our first visit we were very impressed with how friendly and welcoming all staff member were. They were going out of their way to talk to us and even ensured our every need was met. On our second visit we were impressed even more that they all remembered us and were asking how the little nephew was doing again going out of their way to assist us at all times. The rooms were lovely and clean and the meals were absolutely delicious. Great location with a Tram stop just outside of the hospital and a quick trip into the city. Across the road from Royal Childrens Hospital.

I had worried about the reviews on trip advisor prior to staying at this hotel. My worries were not warranted. The Staff were wonderful and accommodating, the room was lovely, clean and well maintained. I only stayed a short time, but had a wonderful sleep for one night stay and the room had everything I wanted and needed. A special mention to Jayesh Bala, the General Manager, who made my stay exceptional.

This place is in need of a major overhaul, if not pulled down and start again. I Management would not speak to me about how disgusting it was they just instructed the check out clerk to give me a major discount. This tells you that they know how bad it is!

Nicely located hotel with parking (paid) and nicely set out. Not to far to Flemington or even shinboner stadium. Food was great and came promptly. Only down side was not having lift to the small car carpark which means you have to lug your bags up stairs to get to ground level so you can use lift.
