We will stay again, even with last experience

We travel with our dog, we put his food bowl on his mat, he ate and 10 minutes later, 100s of ants all over the bowl. Went to Lowes purchased home defense spray and soaked the baseboards. No more ants for the next 2 days. Shower head needs to be changed, water dropped out of spray head. We have stayed here 2 other times with no complaints. 1 out of 3 ain't bad. Staff is very nice, grounds are well kept. We will stay again, Only 2nd or 3rd floor. Ground floor units seem over used. Price is a little steep considering location, but it's where we need to stay, as we like to be in an area we are familiar with. Oh, bring your on soda, 3 bucks a bottle 12 oz. At front desk

Overall the hotel was ok. Personally it was a bit overpriced for what you get. The sheets had stains on it. Also wasn’t very quiet as noise traveled very clearly on the bottom floor where I was. The hot tub didn’t heat and had so many chemicals in it making my skin itch badly. Upon walking into the room, found a corona bottle cap which I almost stepped on. The sheets had quite a bit of stains on them. Breakfast was alright. Scrambled eggs were watery, sausages burned to crisp, both patties and links. Bagels tasted old as they were hard. As we knew this was non smoking, we followed the rules and smoked in designated smoking area, yet found an 80 dollar charge for marjuana smell. I am allowed to carry flower on me as I have a medical card. The room wasn’t smoked in at all. When calling them and inquiring they are stating there is nothing that they can do. Honestly this is unfair because we followed your rules . I am truly disappointed with this hotel and I do hope that management will look into this and rectify the situation. Never had those issues in other hotels I stayed in .

Mold in the air conditioner made the entire room smell very bad....like someone relieved themselves in it. I addressed it with an employee at the front desk, and she ensured someone one take a look at it; nobody ever did. Also, the same employee refused to change my on-file card to my IHG card. I like the convince of 95 two min away, the restaurants near...The hotel itself was lit up, easy to get to. Room was clean and accommodating for the 1 night. My only negative was the bed, it was way to soft for MY liking....but may work for someone else. Overall, if I had to stay anither night, it would work.
