Stylishly appointed ground floor one bedroom apartment within an easy walk to Hawksburn Station, as well as the many shops, cafes & restaurants on Toorak Road & Chapel Street. There is so much to do in South Yarra like go to the footy, see a movie, visit Botanical Gardens, Fawkner Park or the Yarra River, plus all the shopping, restaurants, cafes and pubs... or simply kick back and relax, you will never want to leave!
The property is located on the ground floor and there are secure gates at the entrance and exit for extra security. The living room is well appointed with a heater, a comfy couch, flat screen TV and a dining table with two chairs. The kitchen has everything you will need including utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, coffee, tea, sugar and milk. The bedroom comes with a super comfy queen size bed plus has built in robes, heater and portable fan. Bathroom with shower over bath and towels, hairdryer, toilet paper all supplied. There is also a communal laundry on site which is coin operated and Wi-Fi connection as well.
You will have complete access to the apartment and no keys required, all digital access. Please note there is no parking on site, you can park on Williams Road (clearway in the morning) or just down the road on Cassell Street.
Although we won't be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform.
South Yarra is a bustling, upscale suburb with art deco apartments facing the Yarra, and well-preserved mansions like the 1847 Como House. Swanky boutiques, art galleries, cocktail lounges and eclectic bistros line busy Toorak Road and Chapel Street, while Prahran Market offers gourmet foodstuff. Nearby, the vast Royal Botanic Gardens is popular with joggers and picnickers.
South Yarra can be easily explored on foot or by car. The Hawksburn train station is only 210 metres away and trams run along Toorak Road about 500 metres away. There is no carparking allocated to this property however there is free parking on Cassell Street about 100 metres away and you can park out the front of the building but morning restrictions apply.
When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items removed & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the booking platform.
The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover and 4 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not provided.
Please note: Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am, we are unable to allow early check ins or late check outs. There is also no bag drop or storage available at this property.

Property, entry and host communication was excellent. Apartment very neat and tidy, with everything we needed. Road traffic noise a little bit much for us, its a very busy road, but we did come from the country so we're not used to it. Excellent location for trains.
