Great value good people room OK but the Internet was terrible (and in this day and age no excuses) and that would be well the reason that I would not return unless I had some assurances that they had fixed it.
Hotel in its outside does not present itself well, but the room is absolutely better, new bathroom, clean. Only one problem comes form moquette, absolutely to change (it smells not so good). Location very good, just few minutes from main free trams of Melbourne
